Diversity and Inclusion

As a chapter, we are committed to expanding our knowledge on the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We address the historic reputation of Greek life as predominantly white, heteronormative, and exclusive organizations. As a chapter, we work tirelessly to change this narrative and establish our chapter as an accepting and inclusive space for all.

Develop new initiatives and programs to engage with the Carolina community and spark converstions within the Panhellenic community on diversity initiatives

Take accountability for the historic reputation of Greek life and continue to be receptive to change and continuing our DEI education
